This is a message for anyone who will be registering to the site. Due to several incidences of one or more users who have deceptively registered as multiple persons to the forum, we are requiring all new registrants to prove that they have not registered multiple times. This can be done in several ways.

1. If you are using a free e-mail provider such as gmail or hotmail, you will be required to provide your home city, ISP you use to access the Internet, and a valid home or cell phone number.

2. If you are using a paid e-mail provider, you will only be asked for your home city and the ISP you use to access the Internet.

3. Alternatively, you can reply to your e-mail inquiry using a Facebook account if you have one. Your account will need to have its friends list publicly visible and you will need enough real world friends to determine that you didn't create the account the day before. This determination is entirely at our discretion.

This site was created so that people can anonymously discuss the teachings of Harold Camping, and we really don't want to know your personal information, but because of the deception of a few individuals, these security measures must be taken.

Because these additional security measures have only been recently implemented, current members may receive an e-mail validating their identity in a similar manner. Continued participation in this forum is contingent on replies to such requests. It should be stressed that any security information requested and provided by members is only used for internal validation and will not be shared or used for any other purpose.

Some people have resisted submitting their cell phone number. This is understandable from a privacy perspective, but the best way to avoid having to provide this information is to not use a free e-mail service such as gmail or hotmail. Use instead an email service tied to your isp such as Comcast or Blackberry. Understand that all information provided is only for verification purposes and will not be shared or used in any other way. Arguing or rationalizing why you should be activated without providing the requested information will not work.
